“ Great food, the steaks are always juicy and tender with a great wood-smoke flavor. The salad bar is small but always fresh. Baked potatoes are always perfect. My wife and I love it. ”
“ Oh my! Excellent food, great salad bar and wonderful service. Our whole family enjoys a trip to Frontier. The cornbread salad on the salad bar is delicious. “ 5 stars — food so good my soul tried to evacuate my body I don’t know what they’re cooking at The Last Frontier, but whatever it is, it absolutely should come with a liability waiver and a priest on standby. I went in hungry. I came out a changed man. Somewhere between the garlic butter ribs and the fried cornbread, I felt my left eye twitch and my spirit start to lift out of my body like it was heading for the light. I genuinely thought, “This is it. This is how I go. Death by flavor.” And honestly? I was at peace with that. Halfway through the meal, my cousin leaned over and whispered, “Your face is pale. Are you okay?” And I said, “I’ve never been better. Tell the brisket I love her.” We locked eyes. He started crying. He said it was the onions. It wasn’t. The dessert—don’t even get me started. That peach cobbler hit like a memory I never lived. My great-grandmother (who died before I was born) visited me in a vision and said, “Child, you must not finish this. You’ll join me in the stars.” I finished it anyway. The next morning, my entire family held an intervention. “We can’t let you go back there,” my sister said. “You flatlined for four seconds,” said my uncle. “You were speaking in tongues,” added my cousin. They made me promise I wouldn’t return. I nodded. I lied. Because some people chase adrenaline. I chase the mac and cheese from The Last Frontier. Would I go back? Absolutely not. (Already did. Table by the window. No regrets.) ”
“ The steaks were cooked as ordered. The flavor was great. The staff were outstanding. The time from order to table was as expected. The salad bar offered a good variety, and all was fresh. ”
“ We had a group of 14. The service was excellent! Everyone said their meal was great. From their special hamburger to shrimp to steak and fish - it was all delicious. Our waitress was on top of filling drinks and making sure we had everything we needed. She even took pictures for us! The decor is really cute and well done making the dining experience there really great! ”
“ Finally had the opportunity to drop in and truly glad we did. Great food, great service and nice facility. The salad bar has everything you need an even comes with choice of soup. Steak was cooked perfectly and the baked potato went well with it. Anytime your in the area, step back in time for a restaurant that still serves up amazing service a meal worthy of your tastebuds. ”
